Why Choose Us?
Whether you're building from the ground up or need urgent service, we’re your trusted partner in cold storage excellence.
1. Unit Heaters (Gas or Electric)
• Ceiling- or wall-mounted, blowing warm air directly.
• Good for spot heating or small/medium warehouses.
• Low upfront cost, but not the most efficient for large spaces.
2. Infrared (Radiant Tube or Panel Heaters)
• Heat objects, floors, and people instead of just the air.
• Great for tall ceilings or drafty warehouses since warm air doesn’t rise and get wasted.
• Common in loading docks and large open areas.
3. Rooftop HVAC Units (RTUs)
• Packaged heating/cooling systems mounted on the roof.
• Efficient for larger warehouses that also need cooling in summer.
• Higher upfront cost, but centralized and easier for large distribution centers.
4. Hydronic Heating (Hot Water or Steam Radiators / Radiant Floor)
• Uses boilers to circulate hot water or steam.
• Radiant floor heating is extremely comfortable and efficient, but costly and better for new construction.
• Great for facilities that need consistent temperatures.
5. Make-Up Air Units (MAUs)
• Provide fresh, tempered air for warehouses with exhaust systems (factories, industrial).
• Often paired with other heating systems.
1. Walk-In Cooler
• Temperature Range: ~35°F to 45°F (just above freezing).
• Purpose: Keeps food, beverages, or products fresh without freezing.
• Refrigeration Setup:
• Medium-temperature compressor (typically uses refrigerants like R-448A, R-449A, R-404A, or CO₂ in modern systems).
• Evaporator coil inside the cooler to absorb heat.
• Condensing unit (air- or water-cooled) that rejects heat to outside.
• Expansion device (TXV or EEV) to meter refrigerant.
• Insulation: ~4 inches thick (polyurethane or polystyrene panels).
• Defrost: Often just off-cycle defrost (system shuts off, coil warms up naturally).
👉 Common in restaurants, grocery stores, beverage storage.

2. Walk-In Freezer
• Temperature Range: ~0°F to –10°F (sometimes colder for special storage).
• Purpose: Freezes and preserves food or products long-term.
• Refrigeration Setup:
• Low-temperature compressor (bigger, works harder to pull temps down).
• Evaporator coil designed for lower temps, often with electric heaters for defrost.
• Condensing unit sized for higher load since freezers have more heat infiltration.
• Expansion device sized for lower temp/pressure refrigerant flow.
• Insulation: At least 6 inches thick, with heated door frames and sometimes heated floors to prevent ice buildup.
• Defrost: Requires active defrost (electric heaters, hot gas, or water).
👉 Common in butcher shops, warehouses, food distribution, ice cream storage.

Standard price for a Diagnostic would be 120 dollars, although if the job is completed, the Diagnostic fee will be waved.
You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts.
Upgrading to a new high efficient system will help reduce your electricity bill.
